26 year old german backpacker looking for travelmate(s) from Mount Isa to Alice springs.
I am going to start on Friday, 19th of september and I have only got 2 weeks for the whole trip! I have to be back in Mount Isa by the 6th of october.
I would like to visit Uluru, west mcdonell ranges, Kings Canyon and all interesting spots on the way and between Alice and Uluru.
I have bought a very reliable and lovely car, Subaru Forester 1999 (Station Wagon, manual/stickshift,AWD) which has already done 25.000 km of safe and enjoyable Roadtrips from Adelaide via Perth and Darwin to cairns.
My travelmates definetly need a (international) Driver License.
I have all camping gear. You might only need your own tent, matress and sleeping bag.

    Hi mates,

I am 26 year old german backpacker, who would like to do a roadtrip from central west queensland (winton/julia creek/cloncurry/mount Isa) to Cairns. I can pick you up/drop you off anywhere on the way! I will go back to winton after 2 weeks, if you are interested to do the whole "roundtrip".

I am going to start on Friday, 19th of september and I have only got 2 weeks for the whole trip! I have to be back in winton by the 6th of october.
I would like to visit Atherton Tablelands, Hintchenbrook Island,Daintree Nationalpark and all other interesting spots on the way.

I am a really active person, who loves the outdoors, hiking, running and swimming.

So it would be great if you are kind of the same!

I love exploring the nationalparks/countryside by hiking or sightseeing-run!

I have bought a very reliable and lovely car, Subaru Forester 1999 (Station Wagon, manual/stickshift,AWD) which has already done 25.000 km of safe and enjoyable Roadtrips from Adelaide via Perth and Darwin to cairns. The car has a full service history, which is awesome for a 15 year old car on 200.000 km. I really love that vehicle. So the people travelling with me should do as well, hahaaa. ;-)

My travelmates definetly need a (international) Driver License. He/she needs to be able to do a lot of driving as well and feel confident whilst driving, as we will go huge amounts of kilometres in a short period of time.

You should be at least 25 years, due to insurance purposes.

You might need your own tent, matress and sleeping bag.

Other than that I have all important camping gear (gascooker, gasbottle, cutlery, plates, bowles, pan/saucepan, cups and even camping chairs,...).

I prefer to do free-camping everywhere (if there is no sign that prohibits camping). On my last roadtrips it worked out very well and I have hardly paid for camping or showers in 10 weeks!

If this sounds like you please feel free to contact me via message/email/call!

I am looking forward to your answer!

    Cheers,

    Michel
