I have 1 or 2 seats in my car. I'm currently driving East to Maine and can pickup and dropoff anywhere along the route. I'm flexible on the route. I plan on driving along 90 and the heading East through upstate New York. I can detour to NYC or Boston depending on where you are going. I'm passing through Chicago Friday the 3rd around noon and then continuing East over the next few days.

Chipping in for gas would be ideal. I'm not against helping someone with a free ride if needed, but am hoping someone can pitch in for gas.

I don't normally smoke in my car, but am not against someone smoking in it along the way. I don't mind stopping for smoke breaks either, but smoking in the car with the windows open does not bother me.

I'm not against pets but don't have a ton of room in the car. I'd need to hear about the pet and the size and how many bags you have before making a final decision. I'm probably not going to say yes to a pet for a free ride, but would be ok with it if you are chipping in gas.

I'm 45 years old and my friend is 65 years old. We're pretty normal and we're driving home to Maine.
